2 Delhi govt-funded DU colleges to pay staff using surplus funds

Two Delhi University colleges funded by the Delhi government passed a resolution asking its administration to pay staff salaries using surplus funds. “All 12 colleges have surplus grant...available with them," read the document passed by Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and Maharshi Valmiki College of Education. Other 10 colleges are yet to pass the resolution.
