Two electric scooters caught fire as their batteries exploded while charging in Hyderabad on Monday. The owner of the vehicles T Haribabu said that he had recently purchased both electric scooters and he had put them on charge in front of his house. An hour later, he heard a loud explosion and saw both the two-wheelers engulfed in flames.
