2 infants die after late night fire at Adilabad RIMS neonatal unit

Two infants died after a fire broke out in the SNCU of RIMS, Adilabad, around midnight on Monday, forcing staff to evacuate newborns through a smoke-filled ward. Several infants suffered smoke inhalation and were shifted to private hospitals in Adilabad and Nizamabad, with three reported to be in critical condition. The police have registered a case.
