2 jump off Secretariat building, fall on safety net; detained

Two teachers seeking funds for divyang schools attempted suicide by jumping from the second floor of the Secretariat building in Mumbai on Wednesday. They were saved as they fell onto the safety net of the building, police said. The teachers, identified as Hemant Patil and Arun Netore, were later detained by the police.
