2 killed, 5 injured as 22-foot Lord Ganesh idol falls during arrival procession in Mumbai

Two people were killed and five others, including two children, were injured after a 22-foot Lord Ganesh idol fell on them during its arrival procession in Mumbai’s Bhuleshwar area on Saturday night. According to preliminary information, the idol fell due to loose nuts and bolts in its frame, NDTV reported. Following the incident, emergency services were deployed for rescue operations.
