2 killed as light aircraft crashes near UAE's Ras Al Khaimah coast

A light aircraft belonging to Jazirah Aviation Club crashed into the sea off the coast of UAE's Ras Al Khaimah, resulting in the death of the pilot and his co-pilot. The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) announced that its Air Accidents Investigation Section has launched an inquiry to determine the cause of the crash, according to local UAE media.
