2 killed in US military strikes on alleged drug boat in Caribbean

Two people were killed in a strike on a vessel operated by "designated terrorist organisations" in the Caribbean Sea, the US military said on Monday. The US military has repeatedly conducted such operations on boats it said were engaged in "narco-trafficking operations". Similar strikes have killed at least 187 people in 55 operations, the New York Times reported.
