2 leaders who were involved in Messi event row also included in TMC's candidates list

TMC's list of candidates includes Aroop Biswas and Sujit Bose who were involved in controversy over footballer Lionel Messi's event in Kolkata in December 2025. Biswas had resigned as sports minister after the chaos at the event. Biswas will fight from Tollygunge while Bose will contest from Bidhannagar. TMC has released list of 291 candidates for the Assembly polls.
