2 lynched in West Bengal on suspicion of cow theft; 13 arrested

Two men were lynched in West Bengal's Cooch Behar district on Thursday on suspicion of transporting stolen cows. The victims were stopped by around 20 locals who had noticed the animals in the pick-up van, and beaten up. They were rushed to a government hospital where they succumbed to their injuries. So far 13 people have been arrested.
