2 men beat council officer as he tried to issue litter fine; convicted

A Birmingham council officer was beaten by two men with wooden pole in August 2020 as he tried to issue litter fine to women near their house for throwing cigarette butts on road. Raja Malik, 30, and Mohammed Nawaz, 50, hit the officer while shouting, "You call...police...and I’ll f***ing take your head off." They've been convicted with nine-month prison sentence.
