2 men create fake will to 'inherit' 26-bigha land belonging to ex-MP CM Kamal Nath's father

Two men have been arrested for attempting to usurp 26 bighas of agricultural land belonging to ex-MP CM Kamal Nath's late father, Mahendra Nath, in UP's Bijnor. They allegedly used a forged will and death certificate. Kamal Nath discovered the dispute after seeking inheritance rights. His father died in 2004, but the fake death certificate listed the year as 2003.
