2 men kidnap & gangrape 13-yr-old as she steps out of house to use common toilet

Two men allegedly kidnapped and gangraped a 13-year-old girl as she went out of her house to use a common bathroom inside JJ Colony in Southeast Delhi on Thursday night. One of the accused is said to be the girl's neighbour, police said. The accused dragged the girl to a nearby jungle and fled after committing the crime.
