2 men steal Tesla secrets to start firm in China; 1 arrested in US

Two men have been accused of starting their own business in China by stealing battery manufacturing secrets from Tesla. One of the accused, a Canadian citizen, was arrested in US on Tuesday, while the other is still absconding.
