2 militants arrested in Manipur for threatening security forces

Two militants were arrested in Manipur for making a video threatening security forces for arresting some village volunteers, police said. Thirty-six-year-old Moirangthem Thoiba was arrested from Thamnapokpi in the Bishnupur district while Saikhom Lemburs Singh was apprehended from the Imphal East district, police added. Both of them come from the Kangleipak Communist Party (City Meitei).
