2 painters left hanging above 26th floor of building after woman cuts rope in Thailand

A resident of a high-rise condominium in Thailand cut the support rope for two painters, apparently angry she wasn't told they'd be doing work, and left them hanging above 26th floor until a couple rescued them, police said. She's facing attempted murder and property destruction charges. She could face up to 20 years' prison if found guilty of attempted murder.
