2 puppies strangled, hanged to death in Delhi; FIR filed after pics surface

Police have registered an FIR after two stray puppies were allegedly killed in Sector-9 area of Delhi's Dwarka. This comes after Congress leader Abhishek Singhvi shared a screenshot of a Facebook post, which claimed the three-month-old healthy animals were strangled and hanged to death. The screenshot showed one of the puppies hanging from a tree. "This is unbelievable," Singhvi tweeted.
