Two ships carrying Russian oil and gas are due to arrive in energy-starved Cuba as early as next week, the Financial Times reported, citing maritime intelligence companies. Millions in Cuba had been left without power after their national electricity grid collapsed on Monday. Cuba's oil shipments have been disrupted ever since US President Donald Trump captured Venezuela's President in January.
