2 Sri Lankan refugees found in TN's Rameswaram; taken into custody

Tamil Nadu Police on Monday took two Sri Lankan refugees into custody for investigation after they were found on Rameswaram island. "Two Sri Lankan refugees who arrived at the Gothandaramar Temple beach...are being investigated by Q Branch police and Central State Intelligence," police informed. Around 85 refugees have reportedly reached India till now to escape Sri Lanka's economic crisis.
