2-time Olympian Srihari Nataraj finishes last in swimming event at Asian Games

Two-time Olympian Srihari Nataraj finished last in the men’s 50m backstroke final at the Asian Games 2026 in Japan on Monday. The 25-year-old swimmer clocked 25.52 seconds to finish 10th in the final. China’s Xu Jiayu and Wang Zicheng won gold and silver, respectively, clocking 24.04 seconds and 24.49 seconds. South Korea's Yoon Ji-hwan won the bronze medal.
