2 US men plead guilty to insider trading related to Trump Media

Two men pleaded guilty on Wednesday to nearly $23-million insider trading scheme related to former US President Donald Trump's media business, Trump Media's merger deal with a shell company. Michael Shvartsman and his brother Gerald Shvartsman admitted they used confidential, inside information about Trump Media's plan to go public to make profitable, illegal trades. The duo was arrested in June.
