2 US police officers charged after car with handcuffed woman hit by train
Two police officers in US' Colorado state were charged with multiple offences on Monday for allegedly leaving a handcuffed woman in a patrol car parked on railway tracks, where it was struck by a freight train. Yareni Rios-Gonzalez (20) was seriously injured in the incident. She was placed in the car after being detained for an alleged road rage incident.
