2 women Army officers to undergo helicopter pilot training

For the first time in the Army Aviation Corps, two women officers have been selected to train as helicopter pilots at Combat Army Aviation Training School, Nashik, the Indian Army informed. The women officers were assigned only ground duties till now. A total of 15 officers had volunteered to join army aviation but only two officers were selected, it added.
