20 kg unwholesome momos, 20 litre harmful chutney destroyed in UP

The Uttar Pradesh Food Safety Department seized and destroyed 20 kg of "unwholesome" momos and 20 litres of harmful, coloured chutney from an illegal unit in Kanpur's Naubasta in Uttar Pradesh. "The inspection revealed that the facility was operating in extremely unhygienic conditions," FSSAI said. The department ordered the immediate closure of the establishment and also sent samples for testing.
