20 lakes in Hyderabad Metropolitan area to be beautified

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has taken up the development and beautification of 20 lakes within its limits. "The existing bund of 1 Km is widened from 5 meters to 15 metres and walking track, landscape, sitting arenas, lighting are done," Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) Principal Secretary Arvind Kumar said.
