20 nations to celebrate Diwali stamp being issued by US

Nearly 20 countries, including France and the UK, will attend a New York event celebrating the Diwali postage stamp recently issued by the United States. The event, co-hosted by the Permanent Missions of Belarus and India to the United Nations, will be held on December 5. It will also honour Ranju Batra, the chairman of the Diwali Stamp Project.
