20-yr-old Devika Sihag wins maiden Super 300 title, gets ₹17 lakh

Badminton player Devika Sihag won the women's singles title at the Thailand Masters Super 300 tournament on Sunday. The 20-year-old, who'll take home around ₹17 lakh, became only the third Indian shuttler after PV Sindhu and Saina Nehwal to win a women's singles title at a Super 300 event. Devika's opponent, Malaysia's Goh Jin Wei, retired hurt in the final.
