200 companies permanently move to 4-day workweek without any pay cuts in UK

At least 200 UK firms have permanently signed-up for a four-day workweek for employees without cutting their salaries, The Guardian reported quoting 4 Day Week Foundation. These companies together represent over 5,000 employees and consist majorly of charities, marketing and technology firms. The foundation's campaign director Joe Ryle said employees get 50% more free time with four-day workweek.
