2,000 UberEats delivery partners in Kerala launch strike over wage cut

Around 2,000 delivery partners working for UberEats in Kerala launched an indefinite strike against the food app on December 14 for reducing their wages by half. UberEats also blocked the delivery partners' accounts without notice. Reportedly, Uber is planning to sell UberEats in India and is looking for buyers in other food aggregators including Zomato and Swiggy.
