Albinder Dhindsa, Co-founder and CEO of online grocery delivery platform Grofers, in an interview, said, "2015 was a good year...2016 was a struggle for us." Grofers had reported a substantial revenue hike after shifting from a marketplace to an inventory model in 2017. Dhindsa added that focus on the lower-middle class and middle class helped the platform succeed after 2016.
