21 DU colleges told to get principals as Prez shows concern

After President Ram Nath Kovind's office expressed concern, 21 Delhi University colleges being run by acting heads have been asked to appoint regular principals by July 15. The directive came at a meeting chaired by Higher Education Secretary R Subrahmanyam and attended by several colleges' representatives. Representatives reportedly blamed conflict between DU and the AAP government for the delay.
