A group of 21 news publishers, represented by the Digital News Publishers Association (DNPA), has moved the Supreme Court to challenge the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, Reuters reported. DNPA said the law would "render investigative journalism a benign and neutered recorder of events" and "constitute pre-censorship, which is anathema to any democracy". DNPA's plea will be heard on Tuesday.
