21-yr-old man killed over using public toilet in Delhi, 2 brothers held

A 21-year-old man was killed following an argument with two brothers over using a public toilet in Delhi's Ashok Vihar area, police said. The accused have been arrested, police added. "The victim was previously involved in criminal cases...had threatened the two brothers with a surgical blade, after which they thrashed him...caused injuries to his head and chest," police stated.
