22-year-old HIV positive model crowned Miss Congo UK 2017

Twenty-two-year-old Horcelie Sinda Wa Mbongo, born with HIV, was crowned Miss Congo UK 2017. Horcelie discovered she was HIV positive when she was 11 years old. "I am happy I have won at least something in my life and my story has warmed people's hearts and that is the most important thing," she said.
