22-yr-old man in Pune clears UPSC in 1st attempt, secures 174th rank

A 22-year-old man from Pune has cleared the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examination in the first attempt and secured 174th rank. Parth Kashyap is a graduate of Fergusson College. He said, "Judicious use of the internet and analysis of the UPSC exam is helpful. Also, understand the exam. It will be easier."
