23 killed in Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities

Russia launched hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles at Ukraine early on Tuesday, killing 23 people and wounding 130. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russia could launch another assault for a second straight night. The strikes on cities including Kyiv and Dnipro followed Russian warnings of "systematic" attacks after a drone strike on a dormitory in Russian-held Luhansk last month.
