23-yr-old launches startup to build India's 1st 3D-printed unmanned aircraft
Bengaluru-based Arctus Aerospace, founded by 23-year-old Shreepoorna S Rao, aims to build India’s first 3D-printed unmanned aircraft which can fly at 45,000 feet, the Print reported. It has conducted a technology demonstration of its experimental aircraft, Arctus AX-1, which is an eight-metre-wing-span unmanned aerial vehicle designed to remain airborne at about 20,000 feet for up to 10 hours.
