23-yr-old javelin thrower Antil breaks world record thrice, wins gold at Paralympics
India's 23-year-old javelin thrower Sumit Antil bagged gold in men's javelin throw F64 event at Tokyo Paralympics. He broke the world record thrice during the final and won with a best throw of 68.55 metres. It's India's second gold medal at Paralympics with shooter Avani Lekhara winning the first in R2 - Women's 10m Air Rifle Standing SH1 event.
