24-year-old man killed in BMW hit-and-run in Ludhiana

A 24-year-old man was killed by a speeding BMW car near Phullanwal Chowk in Ludhiana on Tuesday night. The victim, Laalji Morya, a migrant from Uttar Pradesh was a gardener and lived at Dev Colony near Phullanwal. Alleging inaction, people in large numbers rushed to the chowk and raised slogans against the police.
