24-yr-old pregnant techie dies by suicide in Hyderabad over dowry

A 24-year-old pregnant software professional, who married a gym instructor in June 2020, died by suicide in Hyderabad on Wednesday. Reportedly, she was harassed for dowry. Her mother said that during the marriage, they had given gold and other items in the form of dowry and alleged that the victim's husband and in-laws had been harassing her for additional dowry.
