25% tariff on Mexico, China to stop fentanyl coming to US: Trump

US Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump said if elected, he would impose 25% tariffs on Mexico and China until they stop the flow of fentanyl into US. "We will immediately stop the drugs pouring across our border...And let me tell you something, those drugs will stop so damn fast that your head will spin," he said.
