25-metre slab of Bihar's Vikramshila Setu collapses into Ganga

A 25-metre slab of Vikramshila Setu in Bihar's Bhagalpur collapsed into the Ganga River on Sunday night. All people were evacuated before the collapse. Opened in 2001 by then CM Rabri Devi, the bridge is a key link between North and South Bihar, carrying over 1 lakh people and thousands of vehicles daily.
