25 plots, bungalow & tea estates found in raid at policeman who got gallantry award in Bihar

A raid by the Economic Offences Unit on SDPO Gautam Kumar of Bihar Police found that he had amassed about 25 plots of land, owned a four-storey bungalow worth ₹2.5 crore and also invested money in tea gardens in Siliguri. Kumar, who was honoured with a gallantry award, had reportedly forged links with the liquor mafia in dry-state Bihar.
