25 yrs since Paes, Bhupathi helped India win 1st Wimbledon title

July 4, 2024 marks 25 years since former Indian tennis players Mahesh Bhupathi and Leander Paes beat Paul Haarhuis and Jared Palmer in the men's doubles final of Wimbledon 1999. The triumph resulted in India winning a Wimbledon title for the first time ever. Bhupathi and Paes recorded a 6-7 (10-12), 6-3, 6-4, 7-6 (7-4) triumph in the final.
