2,500 Badarpur houses submerged amid Delhi floods, video surfaces

At least 2,500 houses in Delhi's Badarpur have submerged due to floods in Delhi, a video of which has also surfaced online. In the video, a man can be seen making his way out of a waterlogged area to save his scooter. The man claimed that his scooter had been stuck in the waterlogged area since yesterday.
