25,000 houses in Delhi to get free sewer connections: Govt

Delhi Jal Board has announced that 25,000 households in East Delhi will be provided free sewer connections under 'Mukhyamantri Muft Sewer Connection Yojana'. An amount of ₹19 crore has been allocated for this and the connection will be provided in 12 colonies in Karawal Nagar and Mustafabad. The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by board Chairman Satyendar Jain.
