26/11 terror accused Rana moves US SC against extradition to India

Tahawwur Rana, accused in 2008 Mumbai attacks, has petitioned the US Supreme Court against extradition to India. India is seeking his extradition for his alleged involvement in 26/11 attacks. After losing in lower and federal courts, a US circuit court in San Francisco dismissed his appeal on 23 September. On 13 November, he filed a writ seeking Supreme Court intervention.
