27 missing as ship breaks in half amid typhoon in South China Sea, video surfaces

As many as 27 people are missing and feared dead as a massive ship broke into half and sank amid typhoon Chaba in the South China Sea. A video of the rescue has been released by the Hong Kong Government Flying Service and it shows some crew members being airlifted. The footage shows the offshore vessel partially submerged.
