Austin Russell, the 28-year-old tech billionaire, has acquired a majority stake of 82% in Forbes Global Media Holdings, parent company of the business magazine Forbes. The deal values the company at close to $800 million, Russell said in a statement. The Founder of Luminar Technologies and a Stanford-dropout, Russell became the world's youngest self-made billionaire at the age of 25.
