28-yr-old woman finds 10kg tumour with teeth & hair growing inside ovary in US

A 28-year-old US woman has said she discovered a nearly 10-kg tumour with teeth and hair was growing inside her ovary when she consulted a doctor after struggling to lose weight. She was diagnosed with a teratoma tumour, which is a slow-growing tumour. "I was in shock, as that's like having three kids inside of you," the woman said.
