2-foot touch, reminder about seat belt now allowed in Delhi driving test

Delhi government has decided to ease some rules for driving test in the national capital. The 'two-foot' touch in which two-wheeler rider touches ground with both feet will be allowed. Further, touching the yellow line during the '8' formation will not lead to a candidate failing the test. The officials will also remind candidates to put on the seat belt.
